Supply & Trading is the main engine of our business. The group’s business activities are driven by the trading activities. Our Strategic Business Units are set up with the view of driving our Supply & Trading activities. This is the conduit through which we build relationships with customers and suppliers all over the world.
We procure and trade a broad range of petroleum products from where there is supply in abundant to where demand is great at appropriate time with a track record of 100% delivery on its supply contracts. The products include Gasoline, Dual Purpose Kerosene, Gas Oil/Diesel, Low Pour Fuel Oil and Condensate.
Supply & Distribution
Efficient logistics and a strong distribution asset enable us to respond rapidly and efficiently to a wide range of customer needs including our own retail outlets.
Our ability to source product at competitive price coupled with our relationship with most depots and our fleet of trucks gave us competitive advantage in meeting our customers need at the time.
We store and distribute petroleum products at various depots, and We operate efficient, safe and high-quality logistics. We move products by vessels, trucks, and barges in support of our core trading activities and for third parties.
We supply significant portions of AGO/Diesel, LPFO, LPG directly to our customer premises no matter how remote.
Our customers cut across manufacturing, construction, Oil companies, offshore drilling facilities, Energy and host of others.
Shipping & Logistics
Part of our immediate strategy is to acquire and manage our fleet of trucks as products are eventually moved to end-users and service stations by trucks. Having our own fleet of trucks gives us better control of our deliveries to our customers. We continuously increase our fleet in order to enhance the supply and distribution arm of the business. Apart from meeting all necessary safety standard, all our trucks are fully insured.
Our shipping and Chartering desk is closely integrated into our business model, providing freight brokerage services to our trading teams internally, and chartering on spot basis thereby making us one of the largest spot charterers of vessels in the Gulf of Guinea. Vessels are under IACS Class and with adequate H&M and P&I cover.

Our long-time strategy is to build two ultramodern multi-product tank farms with a combined capacity of 100 million liters at Lagos and Warri. While the Lagos facility will serve the western region of the nation, the Warri storage facility will ensure easily accessible by retailers from the North, East and South –South regions of Nigeria.
